Introduction

VIOLEEN welcomes you and informs you that the following terms and conditions govern your use of this online store and all legal effects resulting from your interactions with the platform. 3. Agreement: The terms and conditions governing the relationship between the store and the consumer.
4. Products: Fresh flowers, arrangements, bouquets, gifts, accessories, and all items offered by the store.
5. Delivery Service: The service of delivering orders to the consumer’s specified address within the service area.

Article Two – Legal Capacity of the Consumer

1. The consumer acknowledges possessing full legal capacity and being at least 18 years old.
2. The consumer bears full responsibility for any violation of this article.

Article Three – Store Obligations

1. VIOLEEN is committed to providing products as displayed on the platform, with a permissible variation of up to 20% in color, flower type, or arrangement, based on seasonal availability and the natural properties of fresh flowers.
2. The consumer acknowledges that flowers are natural products and may exhibit slight variations in shade or appearance, which shall not be considered a breach as long as it remains within the stated allowance.
3. The store may provide additional services such as custom arrangements, greeting cards, premium wrapping, and after-sales services.

Article Four – Platform Use Guidelines

1. The consumer agrees to use the platform in compliance with public morals and Saudi laws.
2. The consumer shall not misuse products or employ them in unlawful or inappropriate ways.
3. The store reserves the right to take action against any misuse or unauthorized activity.

Article Five – Accounts and Registration Obligations

By registering on the platform, the consumer agrees to:

1. Maintain the confidentiality of account information and passwords.
2. Notify the store immediately of any unauthorized account activity.
3. Accept full responsibility for all actions conducted through their account.
4. Provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration.
5. The store may suspend or cancel the account if inaccurate or non-compliant information is provided.

Article Six – Electronic Communications

Article Eight – Payment & Billing

2. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
3. An electronic invoice will be issued for each completed purchase.
4. Pricing is determined according to standard market value.

Article Nine – Delivery Policy

1. Delivery is available within the areas specified on the store’s shipping information page.
2. The consumer must provide a clear and accurate delivery address.
3. Delivery times may vary depending on order type and operational conditions.
4. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, lack of recipient response, or any error caused by the consumer, the consumer shall bear all resulting charges including the full order value, delivery fees, and any additional rescheduling costs.

Article Ten – Return & Exchange Policy for Fresh Flowers

1. Due to the nature of fresh flowers, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the product arrives damaged or significantly inconsistent with its description.
2. Issues must be reported within two hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photos.
3. The store reserves the right to compensate the consumer or resend the order as appropriate.
4. Non-perishable items may be returned within three days if unused and in original condition.

Article Eleven – Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to VIOLEEN—including the brand name, identity, designs, images, content, and floral arrangements—is owned exclusively by the store and may not be used or reproduced without written consent.

Article Twelve – Store Liability

1. The store provides products that comply with applicable regulations in Saudi Arabia.
2. The store is not responsible for misuse of products by the consumer.
3. The store is not liable for delays or damages caused by shipping companies or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Article Thirteen – Access Restrictions & Account Suspension

The store reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or cancel account access at any time without justification.

Article Fourteen – Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Arabic version prevails in case of interpretation discrepancies.

Article Fifteen – General Provisions

1. The invalidity of any clause does not affect the validity of the remaining articles.
2. Prices may change without prior notice.
3. Promotional offers are temporary and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
4. Both parties agree to comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
5. This agreement may only be terminated by an official decision from VIOLEEN management.
